Terms of Service
Plain-language summary: you pick a set of AI agents, pay monthly by card, and can cancel any time — service continues to the end of the period you already paid for. If a payment fails, we email you before anything changes, and full service keeps running while we sort it out. If it can't be resolved after several reminders, we may pause the account until it is — nothing is deleted, and one successful payment brings everything back. This page is a working draft: it describes how the service actually operates today, and we're refining the exact wording with legal counsel. Questions any time: hello@ausavia.com.
1. Who we are
Ausavia is a one-person AI consultancy based in the Maresme, Catalonia, Spain, trading as Ausavia. Full legal identity (registered name, tax ID, registered address) is provided on every invoice and is available on request at hello@ausavia.com.
2. The service
Ausavia provides AI agents that carry out specific, named tasks for small businesses — the exact tasks are described on the shop page and confirmed at checkout before you pay. Every consequential action an agent proposes is reviewed and approved by a human before it happens; nothing an agent does reaches a client, a customer, or the public without that approval.
The service is provided as a monthly subscription. There is no long-term contract: you can cancel at the end of any billing period.
3. Placing an order
Completing checkout and paying the first month's charge forms a contract between you and Ausavia on these terms. You'll receive a confirmation and, once your account is set up, an email to choose your password.
We reserve the right to decline an order — for example if we don't believe we can deliver the service well for your business — before your card is charged.
4. Pricing, billing and payment
Prices are shown at checkout in EUR, before any applicable tax. Tax (IVA, and IRPF withholding where it applies) is calculated based on where you're based and whether you're purchasing as a business or an individual, and is shown before you pay.
Payment is by card via Stripe, our payment processor. Ausavia does not see or store your card details — Stripe handles that directly. Your subscription renews automatically each month at the price you agreed to, until you cancel.
5. If a payment fails
Cards get declined for all sorts of ordinary reasons — an expired card, a bank's fraud check, a reissued number. If a renewal payment fails:
- Nothing stops. Your agents keep working exactly as before.
- We email you promptly, with a secure link to update your card, and we try again automatically.
- If it's still not resolved after a few days, we email again — still no change to your service.
- If it remains unresolved after repeated reminders, a person reviews the situation before anything changes, and — only then — we may suspend access to the agents until payment is received. We will always email you again once that happens, explaining exactly how to restore the account.
Suspension is never permanent and never automatic on the first, second, or third notice. Nothing is deleted: the moment a payment succeeds, service resumes immediately, with your history and settings intact. We are refining the exact number of days involved in this process; this page will be updated once that's finalized, and the reminder emails you receive will always state where things stand.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@ausavia.com. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current paid period runs to its end, and your access continues until then. We don't charge cancellation fees.
7. Refunds
Because the service is billed monthly with no long-term commitment, we don't offer prorated refunds for a partial month. If something has gone wrong on our side — a service that clearly wasn't delivered, a billing error — write to us and we'll sort it out, including a refund where that's the right outcome.
8. What the service does and doesn't promise
Ausavia's agents carry out the tasks described in your plan to a good standard, and every consequential output is reviewed before it's used. We don't guarantee specific business results (a number of reviews, a ranking, a sale) — those depend on many things outside our control. We'll tell you plainly if something isn't working rather than let a subscription run quietly undelivered.
9. Ownership of what the agents produce
Content, drafts, and other output the agents produce specifically for your business — and that you've approved — are yours to use. Ausavia retains ownership of the underlying tools, prompts, and systems that produce that output.
10. Your data
How we collect, use, and protect personal data is covered in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.
11. Liability
Ausavia is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits) arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited — for example, liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you're contracting as a consumer, you keep whatever protections Spanish and EU consumer law gives you regardless of anything above; disputes are subject to the courts with jurisdiction under that law.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. If a change is material, we'll email active subscribers before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
14. Contact
